This month will feature a panel of TREIA experts on “Due Diligence.”
Before you ever put pen to paper on a deal, there are many things you need to know about yourself and the property. Where is the money coming from? Does it matter what entity in which you plan to buy? Does it have liens against it that will pass to you? How do you determine the actual value? Where can you find reliable information? These are just some of the things you’ll learn at July’s general meeting.
