Women in Real Estate (WIRE)~ Luncheon!

Topic: Landlording

Speaker: Cynthia LaChapelle, President of TREIA and Broker-in-Charge of LaChapelle Properties. See her website at www.CynthiaSellsHouses.com.

Cynthia will talk about how to interview prospective tenants and begin their training the first time you meet them, red flags from prospective tenants, things you are required to fix and those you are not, Fair Housing Laws, using contracts to your advantage, and how to determine how much to charge. There will be time set aside for lots of questions and answers.

This luncheon meeting is an opportunity for women to network as a way to get their business off the ground and to hear speakers address issues of interest related to real estate investors.

Biaggi's has an array of Italian* dishes to choose from and a charming private room for us.
